One might argue that office design is currently at its peak of relevance and debate, and in many respects, this is accurate. The dynamics of work culture underwent unprecedented shifts during the COVID-19 pandemic, blurring the lines between the home office and traditional office spaces, only to later redefine their relationship into a more complex and occasionally challenging dynamic. Various companies adopted “lifestyle amenities” as a strategy to entice employees back to the office, while others abandoned the concept of collaborative workspaces altogether. Despite these significant changes in office design over the past three years, it is undeniable that these iconic offices will forever remain symbols of innovative design.
